DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%). All online orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping times vary, but you can expect to receive your order 7-14 days after it is dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders will be processed via DHL. Duties will be assessed to the recipient.
RETURN SHIPPING
We accept returns on all full price, unworn and unwashed items. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt. All items must have the original tags and original packaging. All sale items (and indicated styles) are final sale and cannot be returned. You must have an approved Return Authorization Number from NOMIA in order to have a return processed.

Returns
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available in the form of exchange or store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved, process your refund in the form of exchange or store credit.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a notification that your returned item has been received within 1 week of it's confirmed delivery, please contact us at info@nomia-nyc.com.
Sale items
Only full price items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift store credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, please have the original purchaser initiate a return.
